Mustard oil - organic

Organic mustard oil is well known in the Ayurvedic tradition. This "warming" oil is traditionally used as a strengthening hair care product and offers a natural solution to hair loss. Rich in fatty acids (erucic acid, alpha-linoleic acid (omega 3), linoleic acid), it also contains allyl isothiocyanate which gives it its pungent smell and its warming effect on the skin. It is therefore also used for muscle massage oils, to prepare the body for exercise or as a toning body care product.

How to use it for natural hair beauty?

Very active, this oil is always used diluted in one or more other softer vegetable oils.

• in a strengthening oil to slow down hair loss with castor, coconut and avocado vegetable oils and anti-hair loss essential oils such as Allspice and Ginger
• in an oil to stimulate hair growth, with castor, coconut, avocado and jojoba vegetable oils and essential oils known to accelerate hair growth, such as Ylang-Ylang, grapefruit and allspice
• in a nourishing and sheathing serum for the lengths, with vegetable oils of coconut, broccoli, castor, avocado, borage, jojoba, argan to nourish the hair fibre and beautify the ends. You can also make a serum with vegetable oils and aloe vera
• in a hair mask with rhassoul or plant powders, by adding a teaspoon of mustard oil to the preparation

How to use it for natural body care?

Very powerful, with a warming effect, it should always be used diluted.

• in a sports massage oil to prepare the body for exercise, with sesame and arnica vegetable oils and essential oils of wintergreen, black pepper and pink berries
• in a toning oil for the bust, with argan vegetable oil and rose geranium essential oil for example

• do not ingest, external use only
• always use diluted, between 10 and 45% maximum of the total formula
• not recommended for sensitive or irritated skin or for children
• do not use on the face
• Like all cosmetic products, keep out of reach of children
• In general, we advise you to always do a test in the elbow fold 48 hours before use to check that no reaction has occurred
